"I called Matthew for a property that I had dreamed of for so long. At the call, the purchase contract was just signed by a buyer, I was so disappointed. Matthew saw I had a strong desire to buy and he did not ignore me, he started to treat me as his customer by contacting the owners of similar properties and asking if they wanted to sell. He has given me updates frequently. He just did not forget me. I really love to work with this kind of person who shows his passion for his job and cares for his customers. One day, the buyer on my dreamed property withdrew the contract. Matthew called me immediately as soon as he was notified. We started to negotiate the price via multiple phone calls among the seller, Matthew and me, then I made an offer within an hour and the purchase contract was sent to me for signing two hours later. These were all done at a late Sunday night. Early the next morning he referred me a mortgage company, I called the mortgage agent right away. During the loaning process period, Matthew called me almost everyday to check if any obstacles arose. He sometimes called the loaning agent to check the status of the loaning process. It took 30 days from signing the contract, getting the loan, and to getting my key. Everything was happening as fast and smoothly as it could be. It was all due to Matthew's work ethic. Matthew has been super responsive to my phone calls and text messages. I have worked with many real estate agents. Matthew is absolutely the best one that I have ever met.
